Operation process:
- The bottle is fed into the feeding system.
- The sensor determines the special position on the bottle (such as the dose scale, the weld, the logo…).
- The controller transmits the signal to the bottle rotation mechanism, which rotates to the correct position to be labeled.
- After accurate positioning, the label is fed and applied to the correct position.
- The bottle is tightly pressed with a roller or a pressure tape, then exits the machine.
