3. Instructions for use 📖
- Marinate the meat 🍖
- Add 10g of sauce (1 packet) to 500g of meat (chicken, beef, pork, frog…).
- Mix well, marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the spices soak in.
- Stir-fried pineapple 🥘
- Fry minced garlic and onion with a little oil;
- Add meat and stir-fry until cooked.
- Cook curry 🍲
- Add 800 ml of water, boil for about 15 minutes;
- Add the cut sweet potatoes, simmer for another 5 minutes;
- Pour in 100 ml of coconut milk and add 1 packet of sauce, cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is smooth.
Note: Adjust the amount of water or coconut milk to your preferred consistency.
