How to use and who should use it
- How to use:
Children over 6 years old, adults, pregnant and lactating women: Take 1 tablet/time/day.
For children under 10 years old, break the tablet into small pieces, for easy use or crush and mix into water, milk, porridge or food.
- Who should use it:
Children over 6 years old who are in the development stage and need to supplement Calcium.
Pregnant and lactating women with Calcium deficiency.
Adults at risk of osteoporosis, people with osteoporosis need to supplement Calcium.
