Quickphos 56% is a gas-emitting insecticide in the form of granules that acts by chemical reaction, with a gaseous action intended for the disinfection / sterilization of cereal grains (wheat, corn, potatoes, stored food contaminated with weevils) and beans, in elevator shafts, in storage tanks, on barges, in ship holds and in containers.
The agent works by releasing a toxic gas – phosphine in the presence of atmospheric moisture. A 3g tablet releases 1g of phosphine. For the right object to be disinfected.
Effective against larvae and adults of the following pests:
Destroying weevils, destroying insects in containers, ship holds, barge holds, cargoes in warehouses or in dumps.
• Killing termites, mites… of grain stored in silos or grain packaged in plant material.
• Disinfecting factory warehouses… killing most insects in the warehouse.
• Fumigating raw wood, sawn timber, planks, unprocessed wood that needs to be protected from termites, Disinfecting pallets (domestic goods)
DOSAGE
Cereals: wheat, barley, rye, triticale, oats, millet, sorghum and peas in a pile or silo.
Recommended dose: 20-25 lozenges / ton (4-5 g phosphine / ton).
Exposure period: depends on the construction, temperature, humidity: minimum 3-8 days.
Weather: depends on the construction of the building.
Maximum number of treatments – 1.
