PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Pineapple jam, made from 100% ripe pineapple, after preliminary processing will be mixed with sugar and lemon and condensed in a vacuum pot at low temperature. After being condensed for a certain period of time, the pineapple jam will reach the required moisture level and is easy to preserve. Therefore, the flavor, color and nutritional content change little during the cooking process.
After having the finished brown rice cake and condensed pineapple jam, the staff will spread the jam on the brown rice cake and clamp it together.
