Gender: Male and Female
Age: 18-55 years old
Work location: In and around Budapest
Working hours: Depending on the manager’s requirements
Working time: 10 hours/day, 22 days/month
Salary (after tax): 300,000 HUF (equivalent to 850 USD or 21.1 million VND). Overtime or good performance will lead to higher wages.
Employees under 25 years old will receive an additional personal income tax refund from the state, approximately 110 USD monthly.
There is an opportunity to work overtime.
The company provides fully furnished accommodation to European standards. Employees are responsible for their own meals.
Employment contract for 2 years. After 2 years, the contract can be extended upon the employee’s request.
Note: Employees must work with the same productivity and quality as Hungarian workers to earn the above salary. If performance is below standard, the salary will be lower, and the employee may be terminated. Employees are not allowed to quit without prior notice.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexibly, willing to work morning or night shifts.
- Ability to use Google Maps and navigate public transport to work locations in or outside Budapest.
- Positive and hardworking attitude.
- Employees must commit to leaving the European Union or returning to Vietnam after the contract ends.
- Experience in the field. No skin diseases.
- Health condition meets the labor export standards of the Vietnamese government.
- Responsible work ethic, good labor discipline.
- Good health and stamina, willing to work overtime as required by supervisors.
- Kind, friendly, mature personality, suitable for communal living.
- No bone deformities or difficulty walking or standing. Quick learner, intelligent, good comprehension of Vietnamese. Basic knowledge of email use.
Preferred:
- Non-smokers, no drug or alcohol abuse.
- No addiction to tea or other substances that could make the living area dirty.
- Able to adapt to European food. Limit the use of Asian spices (e.g., dried fish, fish sauce) that might disturb local workers in the dormitory.
- Good living habits and social behavior.
- Ability to learn and adapt to European culture and lifestyle.
- Life experience and understanding of social norms.
Not welcomed:
- Tattoos or a criminal record.
- Aggressive, hot-tempered, immature, or overly assertive individuals.
- People who encourage others to disrupt the company (e.g., sudden strikes, questioning leadership, making excessive demands).
- Financial pressure (needs to earn money quickly), which negatively impacts work ethics.
