Job Locations: Factories, supermarkets, stores, etc.
Income after tax: From 230,000 Forint upwards (equivalent to 16.4 million VND or more).
Overtime available.
The company provides European-standard accommodation. Employees are responsible for their own meals. The employment contract is for 2 years. After 2 years, the contract can be extended if requested by the employee.
Note: Employees must work with the same productivity and quality as Hungarian workers to receive the above salary. If performance is lower, the salary will be reduced, and the employee may be dismissed. Employees are not allowed to leave work without permission.
Requirements:
- Employees must commit that if the contract ends with the employer, they must leave the European Union or return to Vietnam.
- No skin diseases or infectious diseases.
- Good health and the ability to work at high intensity, passionate about the job.
- Health must meet the export labor requirements of the Vietnamese Government.
- Responsible work attitude and good labor discipline.
- Good health, endurance, and willingness to work overtime if requested by superiors.
- Kind, sociable, mature, and suitable for collective living.
- No skeletal deformities or difficulty walking/standing. Quick learning, intelligence, good understanding and reading ability in Vietnamese. Proficiency in using email.
Encouraged:
- No smoking, no chewing tobacco, no alcohol, and no use of addictive substances.
- No addiction to tea (green tea) or beverages that could dirty the living space.
- Easy to adapt to European food. Avoid using Asian spices with strong smells that might disturb local workers living in the dormitory (dried fish, fish sauce, etc.).
- Ability to learn and integrate well into European culture and lifestyle.
- Life experience, able to accept, understand, and behave appropriately in life.
Not welcomed:
- Tattoos or a criminal record.
- Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, strong-willed, or self-expressive personality.
- Trying to involve others in harmful activities to the company (unplanned strikes, disturbing leaders, demanding excessive benefits).
- Financial pressure (the need to earn money quickly, in large amounts) which negatively affects attitude and work ethics.
