The delicious taste of custard roll cake

Similar to other types of cakes and jams in the Tu Bong brand of cakes and jams, custard-apple rolls are stylized based on the recipe of the traditional delicious custard-apple jam combined with baked rice paper to suit the needs and tastes of more customers.

Not following the direction of pureed custard-apple, the bakers at Tu Bong developed this cake line by using custard-apple as the central ingredient while reducing the amount of sugar, tearing the custard-apple into small pieces to retain the sweet and sour taste of fresh custard-apple. Therefore, when enjoying the cake, you will still feel the aroma with a little sweet and sour aftertaste that is not too harsh and the crispy taste of rice paper lingering on the tip of your tongue, extremely attractive.

Soursop, also known as soursop, is a very familiar fruit to people in the Southwest region. In recent years, this fruit has been increasingly developed and grown by farmers in the southern provinces, especially in Lai Vung, Dong Thap. Realizing that this is a delicious and nutritious agricultural product, we have put a lot of thought into creating a new specialty cake from the familiar custard apple to introduce to people and tourists to enjoy, creating more output for many households growing custard apples in the Mekong Delta.

With that in mind, based on the development of the traditional soursop jam, Tu Bong has created a soursop roll cake with the main ingredients being familiar ingredients that are indispensable in making Western sweet cakes. Ingredients needed to make the cake include:

  • Soursop (soursop)
  • Sugar
  • Coconut milk
  • Puffed rice paper

In particular, the ingredients we choose are all natural ingredients, carefully selected homegrown, no colorants, no flavorings, no additives, so customers can completely enjoy without worrying about health issues as well as comfortably buy gifts for relatives and friends.
