1. NATURAL ORIGIN – NO MIXING
Honey is harvested from natural forests in Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Son La in the summer – where there is a rich ecosystem with many types of wild flowers.

2. CHARACTERISTICS TO IDENTIFY REAL FOREST HONEY
- Color: From golden yellow to dark brown, depending on the flower region and the amount of pollen.
- Flavor: Sweet, light, natural aroma from wild flowers, not too strong.
- State: From liquid to crystallized – crystallization is a sign of real, pure honey.
🔍 Crystallization can be observed at the bottom, neck or the entire bottle. Honey mixed with sugar cannot crystallize.
3. PRODUCTION PROCESS & QUALITY CONTROL
- Bees are raised in a natural environment, mainly domestic and Italian bees.
- Honey is harvested when the hive is ripe (wax cap is closed) to ensure density, no water.
- Honey is processed, filtered and bottled on a hygienic production line, stored properly in cool, dry conditions.
- Products are periodically tested for quality on the following indicators:
- Specific gravity ≥ 1.38
- C4 sugar < 7%
- No starch, dextrin, mucus, impurities
- Enzymes, vitamins, MGO – still retain natural content

- How to drink: 2 spoons of honey + 300ml warm water (~40°C)
- Best time to use:

- Before meals (when hungry): support weight control
- After meals: support digestion

6. STORAGE and EXPIRY DATE
- Storage: cool place, avoid sunlight, ideal temperature 21–26°C
- Do not store below 5°C
- Expiry date: 3 years from date of manufacture
🌡 Crystallized honey does not affect quality – you can soak the bottle in warm water at 40–50°C to melt it again.
