- The company provides accommodation with full European standard amenities. Employees take care of their own meals. 2-year labor contract. After 2 years, the contract can be extended if the employee requests.

*** Recommended:
– Do not smoke cigarettes, tobacco, do not drink alcohol and do not use addictive stimulants.
– Do not be addicted to tea (green tea) or drinks that can dirty the living space.
– Easily adapt to European food. Limit the use of Asian food spices that have unpleasant odors for native workers living in the same dormitory (dried fish, fish sauce, fish sauce …). Have a civilized lifestyle.
– Have the ability to learn and absorb knowledge well, easily integrate into European culture and life.
– Have life experience, know how to accept, know how to behave and understand life.
*** Not welcome:
– Have tattoos or a criminal record.
– Hot-tempered, aggressive, impulsive, have a strong personality or like to express oneself.
– Likes to entice others to do things that are harmful to the company (sudden strikes, questioning and disturbing the leadership, demanding excessive benefits, etc.).
– Under high financial pressure (having to make money quickly, a lot, urgently), leading to negative effects on work attitude and ethics.
