General Information:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 18–55 years old
- Work Location: Romania
- Working Hours: As assigned by the manager.
- Construction site work: 10 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
- Net Basic Salary:
- 535 EUR/month (~14.7 million VND), potentially up to 750–900 EUR/month (~20.6–24.8 million VND) based on performance, overtime, and productivity.
- Higher pay for overtime or excellent performance.

- Prior work experience. No skin diseases.
- Health meets Vietnamese labor export regulations.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work overtime.
- Physically resilient; no bone deformities or mobility issues.
- Proficient in using email, Google Translate, Google Maps, and ChatGPT.
- Adaptable to collective living; calm and mature personality.
Preferred Traits:
- Non-smoker, no alcohol/drug use.
- No addiction to tea/strong-smelling beverages that may dirty living spaces.
- Adaptable to European cuisine. Minimize use of strong-smelling Asian spices (e.g., fish sauce, dried fish) in shared dormitories.
- Culturally adaptable and open to European lifestyles.
Not Welcome:
- Tattoos or criminal record.
- Aggressive behavior or inciting harmful actions against the company (e.g., sudden strikes, excessive demands).
- No extreme financial pressures affecting work ethics.
