Salary:
- Net income after tax: 350,000 HUF/month
- Potential earnings: 400,000–500,000 HUF/month for diligent workers (higher during peak harvest season)

Accommodation:
- Shared apartments (3–4 people) with standard European amenities
- Workers responsible for their own meals
Contract:
- Seasonal 6-month contract, renewable once for an additional 6 months
Important Notes:
- Workers must meet productivity and quality standards comparable to Hungarian workers. Lower performance may result in reduced pay or termination.
- Unauthorized absences are prohibited.
- Workers must leave the EU or return to Vietnam upon contract completion.
Qualifications:
- Physically capable of outdoor work in extreme weather
- Strong work ethic, good eyesight, and careful handling of delicate fruits
- Ability to lift and move 5–20 kg containers
- No skin diseases
- Meets Vietnamese labor export health requirements
- Responsible, disciplined, and adaptable to communal living
- No bone deformities or mobility issues
- Fast learner with good Vietnamese comprehension
- Basic email proficiency

- Non-smoker, no alcohol or drug use
- Minimal tea/coffee consumption to avoid staining accommodations
- Adaptable to European cuisine (limited use of strong-smelling Asian spices in shared housing)
- Culturally adaptable and open to European lifestyle
- Socially mature and cooperative
Not Welcome:
- Visible tattoos or criminal history
- Aggressive, impulsive, or overly dominant personalities
- Those who incite harmful actions against the company (sudden strikes, excessive demands, etc.)
- Financial instability affecting work ethics
